A final farewell to one of the greatest athletes of our time and right up there with Pele as the greatest footballer to ever play the game. She, along with her teammates, brought soccer back to glory here in the USA and gave millions upon millions of people a chance to dream and cheer. A class act all the way, and truly someone to be honored.

Congrats to you Mia Hamm, and may you enjoy your life, as you've brought joy to the life of so many.
