Come up with a catch phrase or something really distinctive that sets you apart from the rest.
Chat in #eoff, of course!
Be aggressive and start conflicts.
IM people on instant messagers.
Private Message people. 
Spend a lot of time getting to know the well known members...
...or the less well known members, so you can start your own cult following!
Say/Do something hilarious!
Start some kind of new EoFF event.
Create new and original threads regularly.
