A lot of places also translate it as Isn't It Wonderful/Isn't it Beautiful? which I guess all mean pretty much the same thing, but I always liked "Isn't it Wonderful" the best. ^_^

I don't think all translators need a degree in poetry though, though I guess being poetic might be more important when translating songs than translating other material such as the game script
I also don't think pillow fights have much to do with this song
