Ashe (and no, she's NOT and won't become Vaan's "lover" in the story), but if its the pic that everyone else is talking about, its a fake that was made by a 12-year-old in his photoshop class.

Spend some more time studying pictures and such.
by the time you can look at psp's color wheel at 2 am and *think* you see individual pixels, you're on the right path.
(one really big hint is that it's a badly compressed jpeg. Normally people that do work like this are anal about file type and compression(or lack thereof) Normally. Others are mentioned in the thread linked)
