i dont know what chapter all i know is that you have to save her at the mi'ihen highroad from a chocobo eater. and you meet her in rins agency when you see her asking the guy if she can ride a chocobo.

Sleep in the Cabin once every chapter and you will a scene with Brother and Barkeeper where you witness Brother's "resolution" to the situation. I didn't notice anything come of the Calli situation though.

what's the resolution? all i remember is (SPOILER)brother and barkeep saying that they were both bacholers and then barkeep is kissing another hypello ,what's the resolution?
