As everything started sinking, I suddenly realised that I was humming 'buddy holly'.

There is this song called "Run at one million miles an hour". That song motivates me to work out as fast as I can.

Good bit of Megadeth is good for the old weightlifting. Though it's currently am ambition of mine to, at some point in time, work out to the song Gaybar by Electric Six.

Ya need a lot of sounds and beats so you can always keep rythym.

    Techno and Industrial work best.

Pick up any best of 80s or 90s pop/dance cds or just click on NIN.

You do not need any kind of music to motivate you to workout, working out must be really boring for you then if you need music to do it with....so is this the section for the macho men or are we on about general exercise?

No, i'm very phisically active, i just hate people(beefcakes) who work out all their life & profess to be the big i am just because they have large muscles & no brain.
