Only reason why I said that was due to the fact that I am 5 years older, which seems a bit awkward. See this is how it works for guys:
1/2(Age) + 6 years = Min. Age (Round age up or down, either one)
2(Age) - 6 years = Max. Age (Age < 18, then Max. Age <= 18)
So in my case, the youngest I can date is 14, and the oldest is 18. But when I turn 18, it changes to 15-30. It's a general rule of thumb for men...

For the clothes part, if I was a girl, I'd go with one of the Lady Luck outfits for more formal occations. Can't remember which one of them I liked the most, it's been months since I used them.
But would you actually date them??
