I would say that it's okay, but there's so much out there that's better...why bother? Might be worth a borrow, but don't pay money for it.Although, it has one kickass ending song...
It's a good anime. It's certainly not up there with the great animes such as Fullmetal Alchemist, Scrapped Princess, and Last Exile... But it's a good anime nonetheless. The animation is smooth with nice explosions, and it's always interesting to see what Kaze is going to summon next. The episodes and story is kind of dull and repetitive at first, but it gets really good nearing the end. Like a good anime and Final Fantasy title for that matter, it has some crazy plot twists and mishaps... Unfortunately this only happens way later in the series. So if you can manage to watch the first ten or so repetitive episodes, you'll see how good it is. I believe that was its major downfall.
I didn't find it that great. Watched the first DVD and every episode seemed pretty much the same to me. Nothing special, at least.
The first few episodes were okay. I didn't bother to rent anymore, though, 'cause I could tell that it'd only go downhill from then on.
