Final Fantasy 9

Shepherd Won't Alone - I like this one because it really picks up midway through, 1:15

dubnofantasyaloneman - Kind of weird but fun, 0:35

You Are Not Confined - This one starts using some nice instruments about one third of the way in 0:40 (with guitar half way in, 1:05ish)

Final Fantasy 7

Another great remix is: "The Extreme -Liberate Attack mix-" but I just can't remember where I downloaded it...
As the name of the remix tells, it's a remix of "the extreme" (FFVIII Final Boss theme)

And while I would say that this remix is not the greatest I've ever heard... it's atleast rated somewhere around 10 in quality. However... even though it's not "the best"... it's still a song that somehow got stuck to me and I never get bored of listening to it! And therefore I place it a bit higher than 10. Don't listen too hard to it... it's a pretty "soft" song (it somehow reminds me of water... pure water) so just relax. Oh, well... enough about this remix.

This is not just great... it's AMAZING!!! Only "From Within" seem to be more stuck to me... I'm not sure... but this remix may reach as far as 2nd place in my top list! (2nd out of about 700 songs!? Wow... )

Read this before you run away to download this great remix: This remix is not what you may think it is right now... there's only guitars and drums. It's a remix of a Donkykong Country 2 song! :O_O: Now you may think: "WHHHAAAAT!? A "DK" song is rated higher than any FF???" And well... yes, FF have much better music than DK... but this remix is much greater than any FF remix I've ever heard... not even the OSTs can stand up to this one. How? Well... listen to it. At first it may not seem so special... but it have it's own atmosphere... it feels like there's alot emotions in it. And also... you NEVER get tierd of listening to it. It's really stuck to me and I've been listening to it about 200 times now I guess... and it's still great! No... this is not great... it's GODLY!!! Now... hurry and download!

ps: From Within is no party hit! It's more of a song that's nice to listen to when you're alone. A lonely song.

Terra in Black and Shepard Not Alone are both awesome.

There was some guy somewhere that did a ffx-2 tribute song. Pieced it together *really* nicely Now when I hear those bits being spoken in x-2 I expect the song to continue I don't exactly remember where it was though.
