The attack Llednar was going to use was Omega. He does use it in another battle. Alpha is more powerful, but there are still abilities more powerful than that. For instance, raise your Flans to max stats in the Monster Bank, equip a Nu Mou with Geomancy and Morph abilities, and use Thundaga, Blizzaga, or Firaga.

it's omega, definately. In one of the missions i experimented how much omega does- 999! Inevitable death.

Um, Omega is only used by Llednar, so you can only see it used in a few missions. Also, it's damage can be reduced by high defense.

If you are thinking of Ultima, it does 3x the damage of your normal attack. I'm fairly sure that Omega uses the same calculations, but I haven't been able to check yet. However, I know that I have survived Omega before.

Voodoo is the Masterberry's move, and it basically causes Doom. Not one of the worst moves, IMHO.

Karma is the dangerous one. It is used by normal Tonberrys. It can do up to 999, but it can also do as little as 0 damage. It's damage calculations is similar to that of Everyone's Grudge in FFVII and FFVIII: The damage done depends on the number of units the target has KO'd. It is useless againt someone who hasn't KO'd any units.

it doesn't cause doom, it kills ya... i just tested it after you posted that.

Really? Oh well, still not that bad. Just protect against instant death and you should be ok. It's no worse than Last Breath.

(And you actually caught me out on a false statement about what Voodoo does. That's better than most). But trivia is easy. It's philisophical discussion where things get interesting. You should read the thread "Observations on Ivalice and the result of a world's destruction" if you really want to see some quality conversation on this game (you'd have to check past threads though, because it's been dead more than a month.

Back on topic, how long do we wait before we just assume that Elite Lord Sigma isn't coming back and move on without him?
