One handed sword that Soldier, Warrior, and Dragoon can equip... not Buster sword. Is a hint needed?
(Note I am not 100% sure it is there very time... To be 100% sure one would have to play the mission infinate times... I've did this mission about 20 times and it was always there... It was always the first item on the list.)

There, I just checked, and the Mission Prize FAQ on GameFAQs.com agrees with me. The reward is any two of the following items:
