I stumbled upon a copy of it at Virgin Megastore once.
Got mine 5 days before Xmas in what I believe was an EB near Ft Worth, TX. I'll check.

Gamecrazy tends to have an odd copy every so often, as does Gamestop.
Keep checking your local used game sellers. One will pop up eventually.
I can get my brothers copy anytime I want, I just gotta trade him a game of equal value in his eyes. (Like Xenosaga or Star Ocean 3).
Eventually he'll need cash or not want it as much and sell it to me. Thats how I got Star Ocean 2 and Lunar:SSSC.
