I'm stuck at the point (SPOILER) where Squall and Irvin have to go to the President's Residence and take their positions. Every time I come up to the Mansion, there is a crowd but nothing happens. I go back to Quistis but she only says "we'll stall the sorceress here, then it's up to you" sorth of thing. The walkthrough says she is supposed to appologize for Rinoa, but I don't know how to trigger the apology
