Well it's the movie sequal to FFVII. It takes places two years after the game. It's all done in full CG, and is said to be eighty minutes long. When it's released, it will be in DVD format, and/or PSP's UMD. The basic plot of the movie is... The meteor that landed on the planet is infecting a wide range of people with the disease called Geostigma, children get this disease easier. Cloud's back to "Take sword in hand, once again", and there's three mysterious clones with a hooded guy in a wheel chair. That's all I'll say, without spoiling the story for you.
