Whenever im browsing the forums the ads appear in strange places and everything on the home forums is outstretched and stuff. if someone told me how to take a picture of my screen i could show you guys better.

the image on the forums also came up as somethinhg like this http://forums.eyesonff.com/images/lezza/ some other stuff it froze so i couldnt copy it
Ya all that button is doing is makeing my mouse blink.
That's because you're meant to paste the image in an image editor, like Paint, after you've taken the screenshot.

right above the Insert key.

Here is what you need to do.
1) Press the print screen button. It is usually right of the F12 Button and above the insert button.
2) Nothing will happen
3) Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint
4) Now that Paint is open you can either click Edit -> Paste or CRTL + V
5) Now there should be a image from when you hit print screen. If a box pops up talking about enlarging the canvas or something then just click yes.
6) Click File -> Save. Choose to save it where ever and give it any file name you want. Just be sure you choose to save the image as a JPG. Now Click Save.
7) Come here and attach the image in a post.
