Ehm.. self portrait?

Yeah, I know the eyes are totally messed up, and that the face is way too long. But other than that, what do you think?

Looks fine to me, but then I have no idea what you look like.

Thats pretty good, again, dont know what you look like, but you've captured a nice expression on your face.

One comment though - the head is too small. The way you've drawn it looks like your head is tilted back at a really odd angle. The forehead and crown of the head are too small in relation to the face. The head is egg shaped with the eyes coming in a third of the way up. You have them starting a third of the way from the top as opposed to the bottom. At least, thats what my art teacher rambled about in life drawing...

you like your hair, don't you. It's the most detailed part of the picture, which generally attracts the viewer's attention, and thereby is a means of communicating to that viewer what you emphasise.

Yeah, well, I have this thing for hair....
I really like drawing hair, and on this one, I was never satesfied with the curls, so I kept working on it. My hair is more curly than that.

But the drawing looks like me if you cover the eyes with your hand, and imagine the head is shorter.
