Well, they can be found by acessing your profile, and then clicking on User Noted under referals i believe.

So the question at hand:

1.) Will you post in my user notes located HERE
2.) Did you know about user notes, and have you posted in others or read your own?

You have to be a member for like 3 months, or what that 8 months, to be able to post in user notes.
