A copy of the japanese FFIII and an English trnslation can be found in the roms section.

To my knowledge this site does not have a ROM of FFVI that is labelled as FFIII, but it's easy to tell which game it is. Just look at the file extension. If it's FFIII the extension should be .nes, while if it's FFVI it should be .smc. Hope that clears up any confusion.
