Uhm, i think we can safely say the person in the wheel chair is NOT Sephiroth, due to the fact that they have different voices, so yeah. I think we can all say it's Rufus, looking for Ex-Soldier and the like, but anyways, the real question is... is that the real Sephiroth, or the best clone of him ever produced?
