X or X-2?

I dont know if anyone has already asked this question, but what do i care?

I think X is much better than X-2, the story is much deeper and more adventurus, where as x-2 is more missionary

What do you think?

I don't know why everyone hates x-2. It was the first Final Fantasy i ever bought and it made me want to play every single Final Fantasy game (Even though i know that it will never happen).
I like them both the same.

I agree with emily. x2 is the reason that i got so addicted to ps2 games. x's battle situation isn't that good. x2's is more fun and it keeps you alert. i also think that the dress spheres are fun. they are so cool.

Story goes to X, can't argue with it. X-2, gotta admit, battle system was really cool...but my vote goes to FFX

X-2 gets my vote. Don't get me wrong, X was a great game, but I liked X-2 better. X-2 has an excellent story, the best characterization the makers of FF games have ever done, and an insanely awesome battle system. It's nice to see a female lead and how well they achieved that, and Paine is awesome.

I dont hate x-2, the battle system is great, but theres no sphere grid, and quite frankly, i prefer to use the sphere grid... And you cant get as much hp as you can on ffx Also, i would prefer it if you didnt have to go through it 2 times to complete it... Besides, usualy in triolgy games or movies, the 2nd is no where near as good as the first

FFX anyday that game was great unlike FFX-2 which sucks i thought there was no need for a sequel to such a great game like 10.
