Thread: Just a wonder

You know those pages that are in the back of most games intruction booklets that are blank so you can write little notes in them? Does anybody use those?

I used one for every Megaman game, I'd write the passwords to the levels in them. I used the ones that came with FF: Dawn of Souls so I could write down the HP of some of the really tough enemies and their weaknesses. I use the notes page that came with my Puzzle Fighter II game to write down my best scores and the cheat code to unlock Akuma.

Not that I can remember. I always write passwords etc. on the notice board above my TV, so I can just glance up mid-game to see what I need.

I have once. I would have a few other times, but on the rare occassion I plan on doing so, it happens to be for a game that doesn't have any note pages.

I think I wrote "747" in the StarTropics book, not that I'd EVER forget that.

I have never used those notes. The funny thing is, I thought of making a thread about this about a week ago. I always loved it when I rented a game back around the late 80's/early 90's and the instruction booklet (when there was one) had some note that said, "Don't get hit or you will lose life."

Nope. If I've ever had the urge to write down passwords, hints, whatever, I've always used a seperate piece of paper. I like to keep my games, cases, and instruction booklets in top condition.

I wrote down the Debug code for the Genesis version of Mortal Kombat 1. That's the only time I've used the Notes section.

    Never done it before.

I vaguely remember this NES game called "8x8 eyes" or something and I wrote something in that game's booklet. That's the only time I ever have, I like keeping my games in mint condition, and that's sort of ruining it in my opinion.
