I got Chrono Trigger for my SNES. Cool, but nothing compared to a car.

I wish I was spoiled like that when I was 16. Too bad some people actually have to work for what they get instead of having it handed to them by parents!

I didn't start driving at 16...I waited to get my license until I turned 17 (due to me being lazy about taking drivers education/training)

My first car I bought for dirt cheap...a 1983 Honda civic...it died eventually.
My second car was a 1984 Honda accord (w00t) it has died...but we still have it.
My third and current car is a 1997 Saturn SL2 and I it.

I bought all 3 of my cars (my parents paid for half of the second one)

I don't think that you could get anything new for under $15,000 Canadian, and that would be for something like a Chevy Cavalier, which is just your basic car.

Personally, I think that being able to drive at 16 is stupid, because I don't think anyone at the age of 16 is smart or mature enough to drive a car. The legal age should be 18 or 19 or even 20, but that's just me. Seeing these children driving cars....nevermind, it just really really bothers me . That aside

I agree. I have never had my own car, but my parents let me use theirs pretty much when ever I want, so I'm lucky that way. It's a 2003 Corolla LE, which is pretty nice, and they are gonna be buying a 2005 Mazda 6 sport really soon
It doesn't matter what any of us is looking for,we'll never find it,
    because it's not even there

Some people are like SLINKIES, they are of no real use, but you can't help but smile when one tumbles down the stairs.

I got my Blazer which had 130,000 miles on it and was a 1990 for $1000 since it was in good shape and 4x4. My truck I got really cheap $750 with low millage but I've done alot of work. (I've but maybe $3000 into it) and my saturn was $3500 and is a 1999. BUt I kind of traded my blazer for it and he got brand new tires out of it.

LMAO A Chevy Blazer for a poser. XD

I wish I had a Saturn when I rammed into that fire hydrant, I love their dent resistant materials. Maybe my bumper wouldn't have fallen off.

I got a pair of Shoebarus when I turned 16.

Fortunately, I did better with time. I've got a 2000 Toyota RAV-4 now.

    blazers are cool

    [un]luckily car values depreciate rapidly. which means you can spend a lot less buying an 'almost new' car. even the ones only a year or two old are thousands of dollars cheaper in a lot of cases. New ones however are no lower than $12000, like whoever said such but in canadian currency Wait two years, however, and that practically halves@.@;

Yeah I'm scared to drive, myself. But it makes life so much simpler.

what you should be worried about are the people that *Aren't* 16 yet and get their hardship licenses to abuse them. Ie, they're supposed to drive them to school, but use them everywhere else.

(I will admit that my parents are awesome though.)

This reminds me of the red pontiac that's been sitting in front of this daycare for sale for like a year. It used to have a $1000 sign posted in the front window, but it's fallen off. I've only ever seen one person looking at it. Which is a pity, because it's really pretty when the sun is right otherwise it's dead ugly.

They also had a blue pontiac there next to it. It was there for about a week.
