Dude. I leveled up. I know, pissed me off 2. And I attacked like crazy. The rest is a blur. Use water weapons, magic, whatever. Hope that helps.
Of course, any accessories that reduce, nullify or absorb lightning damage are also your friends here.
i can't remember which one he is. but if he uses thunder use water aganist him and it will make it easier
