White Wind Available?

Any tips on how to get the Blue Wizard spell White Wind in FFV? I keep fighting Gilgamesh and Enkidou (the only time I've seen the spell), and I can't find any way to learn it. Help!

Skull rings in the flying lonka ruins teach it.

Try FanWizards or A Rages.

I think you have to control the enemy and make it use the spell on you to learn it.

Confusing them should also work.

I learned it from the A Rages (those red looking rabbits). Basically either control or confuse them, and they will use it on you.
