I know this topic's gone pretty far from its original purpose, but can I request that we be able to delete User Notes that we don't like?
Linus, I like you. So I'm gonna let you, and only you, delete the user notes that you don't like. And you can also edit them to make people who post look dumb. In twenty five minutes you will be able to do that from an "edit/delete" button that I will make!
People abused the ability to edit people's posts, so now that ability is gone. I'm starting to sway towards the removal of usernotes now as either people are having to put up with crap usernotes in their profile or else they're having to put up with the risk of the person editing them to make 'em look like a fool.
