Normally I wouldn't make this kind of thread at EoFF but I thought Ashley ought to know that there's a Willem Dafoe cameo in it and it's a darn good movie besides.
I thought it was an okay movie, but not as good as the critics have made it out to be. The pacing, at several points in the movie, is just off somehow. Leo was good, no doubt about that, and also Cate Blanchett as Katherine Hepburn. There was just something about the story, or rather how the story was presented, that wasn't quite right to me.

I went into the movie with high expectations and even they were blown away. It's one of the best movies I've seen in months.
