Configure a proxy using any software you desire, then try connecting to WebChat, DALNet QuakeNet, or any other large IRC server. I'm not going to complain to anyone about anything. The fact of the matter is most large IRC servers are way too tight about stuff like that. Most of the people evading bans are just on dial-up or BNC anyways.
