Definitley the ending, including that last one when Tidus cries. They're some of the best scenes ever, in my opinion. Really, really great.

But excluding that...I really like the one where Lulu and Wakka are by the firelight. They're conversations are always very interesting; they work well together. So that, and Metropolis. Also excellent.
