Derren Brown: Messiah

Did anyone see Derren Brown: Messiah on Friday night. How messed up was that? For anyone that didn't see, he went to the U.S and convinced an Evangelist that he could convert people with a touch, a metaphysical specialist that he had invented a working dreamcatcher, a medium that he could talk to the spirits of peoples dead relatives on his first meeting with them, an alien abduction author that he could tell someone's medical history by touching them and there was another one which someone will have to remind me of. Anyway he convinced all these specialists/experts whatever, to endorse him under his various alias' and showed an effective display of how the human belief system works.

I think the man is clearly gifted, a great entertainer and very very smart. What did anyone else think of this programme?

I didn't see the program, but I've lost a lot of respect for Derren Brown anyway;

I used to think he was one of Britain's most talnted entertainer, but after he pulled that gun stunt (which was obviously faked somehow) I lost respect. And even if it wasn't faked (which I very much doubt) it would have been terrible if he had actually blown his head off.

didn't see it but talked loads about it at work.
i wish i'd seen it.
i think that he's amazing! very talented!! better then a guy sitting in a box...or ice...or underground... peh!
