*coughs* my strategy for neo x-deth was summoning golem and whoever the magic protection summon was and miming bahamut.
It was still friggin' hard though.
I remember having difficulty with kefka's various forms at the end of ff6, so probably one of those two.

Ultimecia gave me a lot of trouble, but that's only 'cause I didn't really do much item or magic refining. Suddenly at the end of the game I realized I was getting slaughtered before I could even do anything. After going back to the real world I was unable to enter any towns, so I did what I could and actually managed to get a few meltdown spells. After that it took several tries before I could beat Ultimecia. However, if I had strategized more I probably coulda taken her down faster than.... than something really fast!
Ultimecia was also incredibly hard for me, because at the time, I had no understanding of the junction system, so all my characters were very weak.
Chaos was also a pain.
Ultimecia was hard for me as well. It came down to a kill or be killed turn and luckily I nailed her. I wrote Zeromus because I've fought him numerous times while Ultimecia only once.

Safer Sephiroth was pretty hard for me first time around...until i played it again got a gold chocobo and KOTR...heheh

The only correct answer is Zeromus.
Also Braska Final Aeon was very hard to me considering I didn't have Anima or celestial weapons.
Zeromus....
and its annoying Big Bang.... I only depend on Rydia to do 9999 damage on him. While Cecil helps Rosa healing the party and sometimes attack Zeromus. The rest.... after the first Big Bang I leave all of them dead
Ultimecia... man she kicked asses...
Ultimecia is only hard the first time you fight her.
If you are finishing the game for the second, third... time
you will find her very easy.
Neo Exdeath was the hardest for me.

Ultimecia i always got stuck on her final form untill i got some more hero medicines and learned how to use the junction system i also beat omega weapon for some experience, i then beat 3 of the seal guards to unlock magic, revive and limit break
