Try getting Break Damage Limit on everyone's weapon. Have them on Overdrive and mainly use Tidus' last Overdirve, Blitz Ace. That would do the best damage, 99,9999.

If you have the Dark Knight dress-sphere, use Charon with 2 characters to kill it quickly.
Don't have it, I am about to try tableturners, and hope it doesn't pull ultima first, if this fails three times, then I will get Dark Knight, if it works, then I'll get Dark Knight anyway.

Good job. The next boss in Via Infinito is going to be a lot tougher. The Dark Knight dress-sphere is very recomended since it provides incredible defense, which will be useful if you want to survive on the higher floors of Via Infinito.
Just picked up Dark Knight, Wring, & bloodlust (the latter 2 were complicated). Rikku is 10 away from mastering samauri, then she will start dark knight, paine will be next (Yuna is busy learning Mega-Phoenix)
