It's really sad that the level of fascism/socialism has reached this extreme in North Korea. I hope Kim Jong Il is thrown from power soon.

Oh, and the US never did this. o_O There could have been officials to say what kind of haircut to get, but at most they could be shameful suggestions. There has never been a law or anything about what haircut not to get.
