I must be losing it, I could swear there was just a thread about this the other day. O_o
Anyway, I thought it looked pretty dumb from the trailers, but my cousin got it for Christmas and I saw a bit of it. Now I want to watch the whole thing, because the parts I saw were pretty funny.
I definatley didn't like that movie it was one of the worst movies ever. But the worst
would have to be kung pow and the 8mile
Napolean Dynamite was a horrible movie. horrible Horrible Horrible. But it was MEANT to be, that was the whole point. to make an absolutely pathetic movie with aboslutely pathetic actors and actress's, who you tried very ahrd to dislike the entire time. but you couldn't. because if you realize this, you start cracking up. because it's so bad, it's funny. It's freaking hilarious! FREAKING HILARIOUS!
I did the same thing though, i admit. i watched about ten minutes of it (up to him meeting pedro, and a bit afterward) where it was so bad i was trying to not find it funny. but it was, and once i started laughing i couldn't stop, at all. (my god, if you don't crack up at the "pedro offers you his protection" scene you must be dead, or at least in a coma. freaking...so funny...) so yeah, props for making the best/worst movie EVER. But if you really really want to see the worst movie ever, watch Amazon women on the moon. seriously. lol
I rented it a few nights ago, and I was a tad bit disappointed.
When watching it, I only laughed at a few parts, and not that hard. I really didn't find the movie all that amusing. Well, my dentist the next day happened to tell me (Yes, I have a very intimate relationship with my dentist) that it's funnier the second time. So I watched it again, and still didn't find it very funny. It was just stupid.
The only productive thing I've achieved from the movie is quoting the lines with people, which I do find fun.
Friend 1: So what'd you do this summer?
Me: I was in Alaska with my uncle hunting WOLVERINES, what do ya think?
Friend 1: Did you kill any?
Me: Yeah, like 50 of 'em, they were attacking my cousins! What would YOU do in a situation like that?!?!!
Friend 1: What kind of gun did you use?
Me: A frickin' 12-gauge, what do you think?
I found doing stuff like that fun. But meh. I was disappointed, for the most part.
