On the back of my final fantasy anthology case it says 5 and 6 can be 1or2 players and I looked in the owner's manual and can't find a thing about it.Does any one know how it could be 2 players.

Go to your configuration screen and you can set different characters to different controllers.

yeah, but the 2 player mode isn't all that great anyway, you can do this also on FFIX even though it says 1 player on the back.
Right - all it means is that another player can enter commands for their character during battle, but since it's all turned-based anyway, it really doesn't matter. Although I suppose it's slightly more interesting for the other person then just watching you play. LOL
Not to mention they could kill your characters off to get more exp.
Or so I'd assume. I've never exactly *played* anthology.
It doesn't work that way. The only difference is which controller controls which character.
