I'd have to say that the emerald weapon would win. Shinryuu can use the tidal wave, but the Emerald Weapon Basically lives underwater.

I didn't mean what games they are individually from, I meant where they appear as a team. The answer is the popular Internet flash series, Final Fighting Fantasy. (SPOILER)Kain/Celes/Lionheart/Black Mage (Kuro) are the "Dark Warriors" and Locke and Edge are part of Cid's (from Tactics) team, supposedly the Light Warriors. Shadow and Vincent arn't really part of the Light Warriors team but they seem to be alligned with them.
Anyway, to answer your question, Headmaster Cid. Though the fight would probably just entirely consist of girly slaps.
Cloud & Tifa vs. Squall & Rinoa vs. Zidane & Garnet
If, after a few Limit Break attempts, Rinoa still doesn't pull off Invincible Moon, Squall supposes he can waste one of his Holy Wars ("damn woman..."). Meanwhile, the other two pairs fight over whose hair is cooler, and eventually Zidane convinces Cloud that ne needs more Aquanet (exeunt Cloud and Tifa). By this time, the Holy War wears off and Squall & Rinoa finish off Zidane & Garnet. Zidane rushes Squall, but trips on his own tail, at which point he runs away because of the immense embarrasement (that, or his ass gets Renzokuken'ed). At the same time, Garnet is too busy concentrated on something so easy as sounding like a common idiot to waste time fighting, so she takes her leave of Rinoa. Squall & Rinoa win by default.
Angelo vs. Interceptor.

whoops.....was a bit late for that one. Ok Interceptor cause he belongs to a ninja......and boko would be annialated by both of them....with all paws behind their backs.
