Possible Scenarios
1) Edgar uses Air Anchor. Sabin uses Blitz. Sabin messes up. Sabin dies.
2) Edgar Fights. Hits Sabin with Atma Weapon and Illumina eight times. Sabin dies.
3) Sabin uses Spiraler (because he's a meathead). Sabin dies.
4) Sabin uses Bum Rush. While spinning around Edgar he becomes entangled in Edgar's ponytail. Sabin suffocates and dies.

(They cause the same damage - to me at least -, so... o.o)
Omnislash is more powerful than Doom of the Living. However, if Cloud and Yuffie were higher than level 90, they would do equal damage. So it depends on what level they are on. Low levels: Omnislash. High levels: tie.
