Hi, some strange question here :P
When I walked for the first time to the beach, the party came out me to tell me that I had to talk to Hojo. I didn't, I just walked back to buy some potions, but now when I walk back to the beach again he isn't there anymore. The girl says he is at an other place.
I have the feeling that Hojo had something important for the story to tell me, does anybody know what he exactly had to say?
Or where/how i can found him again?

Well the scene consists of watching Hojo getting a tan. Then he basically taunts Cloud for a while, after that he begins to talk to Aeris about being an Ancient. Then Aeris asks if she's related to Sephiroth and Jenova, but he doesn't answer. Instead he mumbles something about heading west.
You don't see Hojo for a while after this.

Hojo: Ha! Ha! Ha! (to Aerith)......Say aren't you the 'Ancient'?
Aerith: I'm Aerith. The least you can do is something, Professor Hojo... I know
I'm an Ancient. My mother told me.
Hojo: Your mother? Oh, you mean Infalna. How is she?
Aerith: You didn't know!? She died.
Hojo: ......I see.
Aerith: Professor Hojo... Is Jenova an Ancient? Is Sephiroth an Ancient? Do we
all have the same blood?
Hojo: ......mumble... mumble... head west......
Aerith: He's mumbling slowly... That must means he's hiding something!
Hojo: ..................
Tifa: Hey! Answer us!!
Cloud: It's no use. It's no go.

Hey! did you know that after that part, if you didnt have Aeris of Barret in your party when you fought Jenova,go in the hotel and youll see them. BArret is in the bathroom having problems, but you can have a slightly romantic conversation with Aeris. You should check it out.
Yeah, I had that problem once too. If you leave the area when you're supposed to go talk to Hojo, he buggers off by the time you get back.
Minor error, but those are the ones that bother me the most:
Aerith says: "The least you can do is remember my name," not "something"
