These completion factors include -
-statistics of charcters
-abilities learned by characters
-defeating optional/secret bosses
-maxing aeon stats
-completing monster arena
-number of al bhed primers
-airship secrets
-dark aeons and penance
-blitzball stats
-legendary weapons

and if people start to draw we will also include

it's relevant for getting sigil for wakka's celestial weapon, which in turn is needed for corresponding aeon to be able to break hp and break damage limit and therefore complete aeons stat maxing for complete completion! I know it' s boring but it must be done!

Well this is how well ive done :
1)All my characters have got 255 status for everything apart from luck that has got only 82 for Tidus, 83 Wakka,82 Rikku,81 Auron,81 Lulu,81 Yuna,82 Kimahri. They have all got 99999 HP and MP is around 2544 for all also.
2)Ive completed the Monster Area (Beat Nemesis etc)
3)Beaten all the Dark aeons and penance normally without yojimbo
4)Got all 26 AL Bhed Primers
5)Got all Overdrives for Sir Auron,Tidus and Wakka and also got all Rikkus miking overdrives which was hard work. And all Kimahri enemy skill abilities.
6)Got all celestial weapons for all characters and Abilities
7) Ive got all the techniques in blitzball for all the besaid team for example jecht shot + jecht shot 2 for Tidus and Aurochs spirt for wakka.
8)Got all Aeons and also kicked Omega weapons Ass what a pushover lol

The only thing i got to do is get my Leety and Botta and my Keppa to level 99 then ive done everything in this game FFX ROCKS

I think you didn't include maxing your aeons stats, hp, mp and abilities.
and what about collecting 99 of every item in the game - are you hard core enough?

all my chars have max stats, all aeons all final weapons max blitzball levels (took a hell of a long time) i defeated the weapons and dark aeons man that wasnt very easy though. all overdrives and techniques max sphere grid for everyone (that sucked bad)
all premiers (worth it though). thats about it excpet that i never raised the who0le team in blitz and other things i forgotten

To attain all those stats, I needed some Clear Spheres, which I got from the Monster Arena Guy. Then to teach my characters those abilities, I fought the Species, Area, and Original Ceations For Stat Spheres (HP, MP, Str, etc.), Friend Spheres, Teleport Spheres, and all that stuff. For the strategies on defeating the Moster Arena fiends, I went to Gamfaqs.com and some other sites. I didn't defeat the Dark Magus Sisters yet because they totally kicked my butt. I almost gave up on obtaining Lulu and Kimahri's Celestial Weapons becuase trying to catch all them butterflies and dodging 200 CONSECUTIVE bolts pissed me off. Getting all the Primers wasn't really hard. i jes had to keep a sharp eye out for them.
