In X-2, I believe you have to talk to Clasko in each chapter up to that point. You should be able to work out what you need to say to him.

From the travel agency, go to the far right of the Calm Lands, then you should see a green square, go there.
Wait until you take Clasko there (I think in Ch 2). Until then, Yuna will just stop at the entrance and say she doesn't feel right going in there yet.
