And, judging from his character art, Reeve can't be older than his mid-thirties, meaning he couldn't have controlled Cait Sith when Vincent was a Turk, thirty years before FFVII.

Whoa, where did THAT come from? Never saw that one. Guess this confirms Reeve's existance in some way, and helps explain the appearence of Cait Sith in DoC.
