Money for the young!?
I need a certain game... But I need a job... Yet, I can't get a job...
Why?
... I'm only 12 years old...
So, I was wondering if oui guys have any ideas on how I can make some cash. 40 bucks to be exact.
Not sure where this was supposed to go so I put it here.

You don't "need" the game you "want" the game.
I suppose if you need "want" you could always get a paper route. That's what I did until I was legal age to work. Tis a great job.
Indeed, as was said already, there are a variety of jobs and tasks you can do in order to get some money. Do you get an allowance? If so, start saving your allowances until you have the needed money. If not, then go out and see if you can do one of the jobs mentioned already or see if you can do some household chores.

You should try some gambling on sports results. You never know, you could get super-lucky.

I'm 14 and I still just beg for money. I do that or live off my holiday money, but I spend that real fast on CDs.
Though I'm thinking of getting one of those summer jobs where you go to some sort of camp and take the kids around to amusement parks and colour with them. My friend had one of those and made $800 by the end of the summer.
