I think the best one is the ragnorok. Why? Well it may not be the prettiest thing out there but It definatly has the battle field advantage... I mean come on it is similar to Outlaw Star's XGP(i think that is what it was called).
Anyways ragnorok would tear the others apart, not only an airship but also a spaceship.
STILL Updating the anime list. . . I didn't think I was that much of an anime freak! I don't even want to consider updating the manga list!

ahem, why?? Becasue it's invincible, the most powerful airship ever!!!!
It can destroy the entire Terra with only 1 blow. That's so cool.
However, Ragnarok can only break through Lunatic Pandora. (But it can travel the outer space!)
Highwind can't even destroy the barrier in the northern cave...
And, FFX's airship.... It can at least stun Sin!

in a way, Airship resembles Sin. by the way, what is Invincible?i thought Hilda Garde III was the most powerful FF9 airship? of all the Final Fantasy games i own, i'm behind in FF9, so i don't know too much about it.
Invincible was the one (SPOILER) with the great big giant eye you take when you go to whatever planet it is you don't start on
It's really creepy inside too.

I would say the Blackjack, but since it isn't there I'll have to go with the Ragnarok 'cause it looks kinda cool.
I choose for the FF1-airship. I don't know why, but I just like it. Maybe because I enjoy doing the little sidequest? I really don't know, but it rocks.

Invincible all the way. So much back-story on that ship, and it's so destructive too. I loved the Invincible.
The Invincible is awesome, since it has the crazy eye on the bottom, but I loved the Ragnorok. It flew so nice, and looked majorly hardcore.
