Um... I've seen about 3 Caucasians on there. And what does it matter what the skin color is of the combatants?

I know, but I think Shatner was the Chairman at some point. I'd watch it to see, but I dont have cable anymore.

Shatner was the Chairman when they did a special in New York a few years back.

Now the Chairman is Mark Dacascos, a.k.a. Jimmy Lee of Double Dragon infamy.

To hell with Battletoads and Double Dragon.
    THIS is the ultimate team.

They bring plenty of people in with different cooking styles, and that has nothing to do with skin color. The four iron chefs, while all Asian, each cook a different style. Sakai does French, Morimoto does Japanese, Kobe does Italian, and Kenichi does Chinese. The people they come from have studied under prominent chefs from all over the world, and each has their own style. There's no end to the recipes they create. Cooking has nothing to do with where your from or what color your skin is. Morimoto, for example, uses an American style with his Japanese cuisine.
