    I was raving about it at first, but then reality kicked in.

    It's not as good as RPG Maker 2003, in my opinion. There's less Chipsets (etc) - obviously, and the interface seems really buggy to me. There's still a lot that needs fixing, so for the time being, I'm sticking to 2003.

    it has potential. if the interface were a little more streamlined, and if i could find something to convert older chipsets into XP (and not those crazy japanese ones that i understand not at all). so yeah. potential, but until something exciting happens. we'll have to go with 2003. a little off topic, about two years ago i started a game entitled "Aria of Sorrow" and now I find that's what some GBA Castlevania is titled... thieves...

    Like Hardwood Hank (Levian? o.O) I prefer RPG Maker 2000. RPG Maker 2003 just doesn't have enough resources...

    2003! I just took all of the "resources from 200 and added them. Added with all the chipsets I found online.

    P.S. Can u post you games here?

    Well, I would give you a link to my 2 demos (1 made by 2000, the other made by 2003) but Final Gaming must've taken them down. ;____;

    XP could be better than 2003, if you understand the ruby script, as it allows you to do almost anything with the game.
