Hello, I'm playing FF Dawn of Souls for the Game Boy Advance right now.

I have just upgraded my characters by (SPOILER)giving the rat's tail to Bahamut. However, when I try to buy Level 8 spells, I'm not allowed. It says my level of magic isn't high enough.

My characters are all at level 38. What's wrong?
