EU Directives are not directly applicable into a nation's law (But the effect of them is), although a citizen can rely on an unimplemented directive against an arm of the state (Which EoFF is not) using the Francovich principle and seeing as neither Square nor Eyes on FF is European this post was entirely pointless.Originally Posted by Baloki
