It shouldn't be that difficult.
Just put your characters in the back row and attack with Fire 2 and Bolt 2. One character should use Cure 2 on all party members each round if you have to.
You can also equip the Genji Glove if you prefer using physical attacks (of course, this character would have to be in the front row unless you have two back row weapons).
