Yeah... I feel better after a few hours have gone by, or when I wake up the next day.

I just do something, anything to get nasty depressing thoughts off of my mind. Normally, talking with friends on msn, watching TV, playing a game or just browsing on the internet helps it subside.

For me It always helps just to sit down on my couch pick up a controller and play a really fun game.Or just watch some TV helps sometimes.

I just simply ask for a hug from one of my girl friends. Works like a charm.
Usually either sleep, talk to friends or go out somewhere with afew mates! Either way it goes away pretty soon...depending on the problem

depending on the season and the state of my finances, I'll go do one of three things.
1) strap my board to my feet and hit the slopes.
2) climb a rock.
3) beat the livin' bejeezes outta a kick bag at my Dad's dojo.
something physical. emotions, both positive and negative, seem to generate energy, at least within me. If I don't do something physical to expend this energy, it'll find release in something else like a headache, an upset stomach or something like that.

I listen to music and draw at the same time to get rid of deppression. and if that dosnt work then a game is good. and then if that dont work i try and look on the bright side: At least im not floating on a rock in the middle of a lake of lava with only my underwear on.......cheers you up in no time
It happens sometimes. Often the best thing to do is take your mind off things by listening to music, reading a book, or whatever activity you enjoy most. Dwelling on your troubles won't help at all, so the best remedy is to avoid thinking about them too much.
