He only uses it in Japanese version. Or FF Chronicles version, I've never played that one to know. But "FFII" don't have Dark Wave, Pray and such.

If it doesn't appear on his command menu in battle, the only way you'll be able to use it is with a game genie.

yeah, but don't worry, I spent days of my life trying to find the Hades sword in the hopes that I might be able to do the "dark wave" with that...
