Everyone but Cid should die. That includes Tifa and Marlene and Yuffie and every other girl I forgot. This should happen within the first 5 minutes of the movie. Then Cid should just kick ass for the rest of it.This has nothing to do with sexism. This has to do with Cid being a total badass, whereas every other character is a wanky loser.
It should be called "The Cid Highwind Movie."And then Aeris comes back, but says something stupid so Cid kills her.
